What we collect

• Account information: username, email, password hash, age/eligibility checks where required, settings.
• Gameplay and transaction data: game activity, session details, rewards/bonuses, purchase or payout records (if applicable), fraud/abuse signals.
• Device and analytics: IP address, device identifiers, browser/app details, cookies or similar tech, logs, performance and usage analytics.
• Support and communications: messages, forms, emails and attachments you send us.

How we use personal information

• Provide, operate and improve the Services, including account administration and gameplay features.
• Customer support, troubleshooting, and responding to requests.
• Security, integrity, fraud prevention, and enforcing our terms.
• Analytics to understand usage and enhance user experience.
• Communications about service updates; marketing only where permitted and with opt-out.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations and resolve disputes.

How we share information

We may share personal information with:

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and security requirements. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information (administrative, technical and physical measures). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Your information may be processed or stored outside New Zealand (for example, where our providers operate). We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients protect information in a way that is comparable to New Zealand privacy standards, including contractual and security measures where appropriate.

Your rights (New Zealand Privacy Act 2020)

• Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of your information (and attach a statement if we do not agree).
• Opt out of direct marketing where offered.
• Make a privacy complaint to us and, if unresolved, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
