Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service is for entertainment and social gameplay only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot stake real money and you cannot cash out.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered for gameplay.
• Virtual currency/virtual items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable except as expressly permitted in the Service.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend accounts to protect you, other users, or the Service.

4) Acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or use bots/unauthorised software.
• Harass, threaten, hate-speech, or share illegal, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt systems, security, or other users’ accounts.
• Buy/sell accounts, virtual currency, or items outside any tools we explicitly provide.

5) Intellectual property & licence

The Service (including software, graphics, text, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Luckzio Limited. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Virtual currency/items

We may grant or sell access to virtual currency or items for use within the Service. They are a limited licence to use digital features, may be modified or removed, and are not property, money, or a stored-value product.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Gameplay outcomes are for entertainment and do not reflect or guarantee future results.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luckzio Limited will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or any losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, it is limited to the extent permitted.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, licences granted to you end.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
