Virtual Currency & In‑Game Purchases Policy
Applies to Luckzio.com and any Luckzio Limited games or services that offer optional paid virtual currency, items, or subscriptions.
1) What you may be able to buy
If offered, purchases may include virtual currency, cosmetic items, boosters, access passes, and/or subscriptions. Each offer will describe what it provides in the store screen or checkout flow.
2) Pricing, taxes, and billing
- Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Where applicable in New Zealand, prices may include GST or GST may be added at checkout depending on the payment provider.
- For subscriptions (if offered), the renewal interval and price are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in your platform account settings.
- We do not store full payment card details when purchases are processed by third‑party platforms.
3) No monetary value; no cash-out; no prizes
- Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed for use within the service only. They are not legal tender and have no monetary value.
- They are not redeemable for cash, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for real‑world value.
- They do not create, represent, or entitle you to real‑world prizes or winnings.
- Transfers, resale, or trading outside the service are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in writing by us.
4) Delivery and account requirements
Purchased virtual currency/items are typically delivered to the account used at checkout. If you change or lose access to your account, we may be unable to restore purchases. Keep your login details secure and use device/platform purchase protections where available.
5) Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
- Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased (e.g., Apple, Google, Steam, web checkout) and the applicable terms. Some digital purchases may be non-refundable once delivered/consumed.
- To request a refund or cancel a subscription, use your platform’s purchase history/subscription settings first. If you purchased directly from us, contact contact@luckzio.com with your order details.
- Unauthorised or mistaken purchases should be reported promptly. Excessive chargebacks may result in account restrictions to protect the service.
- This policy does not limit any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law where applicable.
